How to create a post or page on WordPress
First log into your WordPress site
To log into your WordPress site you go to your domain and add “/wp-admin” to the end of your domain.
For example, if your website was www.example.com you would go to www.example.com/wp-admin
You will be redirected to your dashboard

Click on “Posts”
Once you click on the tab, or even for that matter hover over it, you will see a submenu.
The submenu includes items to manage the menu item such as
